Help Aana Avanna connect Tamil-owned businesses with Tamil communities around the world. We are currently inviting a small number of verified Tamil-owned businesses for vendor-direct editorial and referral partnerships. Marketplace checkout is a separate future option, not currently promised.

How to apply
Email contact.aanaavanna@gmail.com with the subject AA Partner Application — [business name]. Please include:
- Business name, trading country/city, contact person and website or social links.
- Confirmation that the business is Tamil-owned and a brief description of the ownership connection. We may ask for reasonable corroboration later; please do not send identity documents or sensitive personal information by email.
- Your product categories: WEAR, ADORN, EAT, MAKE & GIVE, or Tamil Christian Faith Resources.
- Your product range, approximate prices and evidence of product quality, including links to genuine photographs.
- Where stock ships from (city/country), countries you currently serve, and any locations you do not serve.
- Typical processing/dispatch time, tracked delivery options, estimated delivery times and shipping charges for your principal markets.
- Any product restrictions, customs limitations, food/cosmetics compliance requirements or country-specific exclusions you know of.
- Your existing checkout website, how you handle payment, cancellations, refunds, customer service and returns.
- Whether you can identify referred orders via an approved link, discount code or other agreed method, if relevant.
We aim to serve established Tamil communities internationally, but we do not promise that every product can be delivered to every country. We assess actual delivery coverage, customs rules, reliability and costs product by product.
Current model
For vendor-direct collaborations, customers visit the vendor's own checkout and pay the vendor directly. Vendors keep stock and manage orders, shipping, returns and applicable consumer rights. AA does not collect or distribute customer payments for these orders. Any referral fees or promotions are agreed individually in writing. There are no guaranteed sales.
Selected founding pilots may be offered 0% AA referral fee for the first three attributable completed orders and a proposed 5% on product subtotals thereafter, excluding delivery, subject to mutually agreed attribution and written terms. This is not an automatic offer. Approved Tamil Christian faith-resource collaborations are intended to carry 0% AA commission.
Review and approval
We review ownership, quality, customer information, fulfilment readiness and cultural suitability. We may request supporting documentation through an appropriate secure process later. We will not publish a partner feature, product recommendation or promotional image without agreement and approval. Please send only non-sensitive initial information.
